Starters
- Mini vegetable Chinese spring rolls served with a sweet chilli dip or yoghurt.
- Mini vegetable samosas served with a sweet chilli dip or yoghurt.
- Indian plain poppadoms served with a yoghurt, cucumber and mint dip.
Main Course
Spaghetti Bolognese
- Authentic Italian sauce made with lean minced meat, vine tomatoes, celery and herbs, served with spaghetti and parmesan cheese.
Singaporean Chicken Curry with Rice
- Chicken cooked on the bone served with a smooth sauce of herbs and mild spices, blended to create a flavour that is typically Singaporean. Served with basmati rice.
Vietnamese Chicken Ho Chi Minh
- Tender pieces of young chicken on the bone, stir fried with mushrooms, fresh ginger, spring onions and bean sprouts, then cooked with a Vietnamese sauce. Served with basmati rice.

Best English Lamb with Spinach
- Lean English minced lamb cooked with spinach in a Greek tomato and yoghurt sauce. Served with basmati rice or pitta bread
Lamb Dolma
- Two sweet peppers stuffed with rice and herbs together with Chef’s special minced lamb and tomato sauce. Served with pitta bread.
