Booking,
Payment and Cancellation
To book
or reserve a bed and breakfast room at the Lincoln
House Hotel in London you can:
1.
Telephone us on 0207 486 7630 (from the UK) or 00 44
207 486 7630 (from outside the UK) and our
Receptionist will take your booking.
2.
Complete the Quick check email booking enquiry form
and we will check availability and email you as
quickly as possible. If you would like to do this
now

3. Email
us at our email address and we will respond as quickly as possible.
4. Send
us a fax with your request to 0207 486 0166 (from
the UK) or 00 44 207 486 0166 (from outside the UK)
and we will fax back a booking form for you to
complete.
5. Send
us your enquiry or booking by post and if you
prefer, we will respond by letter.
6. In
person - you or a third party are welcome to visit
the Lincoln House to make a booking.
To Guarantee Your Booking
We will
require either credit/debit card details or cheque/postal
order/Eurocheque in the amount of your first night's
stay. Of course a cash deposit is acceptable if
booking is made in person.
If you
prefer not to email your full credit card details
you could download a 'Room Booking Form' to fax or
send by post

telephone us instead with the full details required
as shown on the booking form. If you prefer you
could send your credit card number in two parts on
two seperate emails or send us your contact
telephone number and we will call you to take your
booking.
Please Note:
for Switch/Solo card authorisation we require the
Issue Number and for Diners/Solo card we need the
Issue Date.
If you do
not wish to pay your bill with a credit card, that
is not a problem, as we are only asking you to
guarantee your room reservation with the credit
card. Please rest assured that your credit card
details will be kept confidential. If for any reason
you do not honour your booking without cancelling in
time, your account will be charged with the cost of
the first night's stay. (See our cancellation policy
below).
Payment
You can
pay for your accommodation in the following ways:
1. Cash -
remember the special discount to our overseas guests
of 5% for payment in cash (Sterling bank notes).
2. By
Credit/Debit Card. We accept the following:
Visa,
Delta, MasterCard, JCB, Switch, Solo, American
Express and Diners Club.
3. By
cheque, drawn on a British Bank, with a cheque
guarantee card. Please make cheques payable to
"Lincoln House Hotel".
4.
Payment in person by Sterling Travelers Cheques.
Important Request To Our Guests
Please
note that if you have given us your credit card
details in advance in order to guarantee your
booking your card will not be charged and the
details of the card will only be used to get
authorization to guarantee your booking. You are
still required to pay your bill at Reception, with
your card, on departure.
Cancellation Policy
Booking cancellation terms:
An
advance notice of
72 hours in
writing
is required at all times, even when the cancellation
is partial, to avoid a cancellation fee.
Please
bear in mind that if for any reason you do not keep
your booking and do not cancel in time, your credit
card will be charged with the cost of the
accommodation on the following basis:

For a
Booking Period of 1 to 4 Nights:

Cancellation Charge of 1 Night

For a
Booking Period of 5 Nights or more:

a
Cancellation Charge of 2 Nights
For
bookings lasting more than a week, an advance notice
of more than 72 hours is required, unless agreed
otherwise.
